| I'd like some thoughts on the 17 HMR. I have one, and am deadly up to about 100 yds. I hear stories about 200 yd shots with these things, but if there is any wind, I can't even get on paper. The thing is a blast to shoot. I got it in hopes of chasing some varmits. | |

| i have one in a savage heavy barrel - accu trigger and love it! definitly a tack driver out to 100yrds but like you said, any wind and its all over the place. | |
