God blesses those people who refuse evil advice and won't follow sinners or join in sneering at God. Instead, the Law of the LORD makes them happy, and they think about it day and night.

But if you refuse to forgive others, your Father will not forgive your sins." Forgiveness is a choice, not a feeling. It benefits you and frees you. It makes God the King of your life, not the person who hurt you.
Mt. 6:15 :
