Not sure Red, I can not seem to find any info on that. as you say, them sure are good eats and seems that they are a fish that no one wants and yet they are so good. I have read that there is debate as to weather eating to much of these may in fact not be real good for you as other fish . You heard any of that >?

My dad said they are high in cholesterol and he watches that kinda stuff so Ill take his word for it. Thats probably why they taste so good!!!!!!!
