I dont kill them unless there in my way I`ve hunted some leases down south where the rats where thick and you needed all the rat eaters you can get to keep the populations down..but if they are a threat yeah there done!!!

When I was younger I backpacked a lot, and I used to have one of those vacuums in my pack just in case, as well as a 44 in bear country, as long as I wasn't in a national park.
