Checking in

Hi all I've been up here for about a month now. I had to get a lap top because there's no place to plug in my computer up here until I find a steady place to live. For now the company has me in a local motel. Found a great little lake to fish for trout and bass. When I can get the pic off my phone and onto the computer I'll send it along.
I got my out of state fishing license but haven't had time to fish yet. Got a 3 day weekend coming up so I may pick up a habachi and have a little version of a fish fry this weekend. I have already been on the lookout for a hunting place. I see nice sized deer everywhere driving around the mountains, even saw some mule deer the other day thinking about commiting suicide by jumping in front of my truck, but they turned last second guess they just wanted to get my heart racing. No wild hog up here though---yet. I'll keep in touch and let you know how it's going.

Good to hear from you 929. There is some good huntin' up there, but don't plan on hunting on Sunday! Get involved to change that, will ya? Keep us posted!

Well if I decide to make this a permanent move I'll see what I can do about the sunday thing. Right now I'll just be happy to hunt. Their not as big on leases up here, more like where I grew up, lots of public and private land to hunt for free.
