Dear friends, family and faithful supporters of Teen Mania,

You are receiving this urgent email tonight because we need you to stand with Teen Mania and cover us in prayer. MSNBC will air a story tonight at 9 p.m.CST that paints Teen Mania in a very inaccurate and negative light.

MSNBC came to us several months ago stating their intentions of writing a story on religion in America, and they asked us if Teen Mania could be covered as the youth component in their story. We now realize they were dishonest and came to us on false pretenses. Because we have nothing to hide, we allowed them to come on campus and interview interns and senior leaders.

We know the enemy would like nothing more than to divert teenagers away from this ministry and His ultimate love and plan for the teens of this generation. Please pray that parents across this nation would see through the lies being spoken and would recognize the truth of what God is doing in and through Teen Mania Ministries. We know that according to Romans 8:28 all things work together for good to those who love the Lord. Let's pray that God will turn this inflamatory story around for His glory, causing more young people to come to Teen Mania BECAUSE of this story. Teen Mania Ministries has sent more than 67,531 teens on mission trips with Global Expeditions and has seen 6,327 interns attend the Honor Academy. These are individual lives that have been impacted overwhelmingly in a positive way for the Kingdom of God. Acquire the Fire has seen hundreds of thousands of teens attend our conference and have accepted the live saving gift of Christ over the past 20 years. With all this incredible fruit, it should not surprise us that we are facing persecution from the secular media at this time.

We ask all of you to please stand with us in prayer tonight as we continue to serve the Lord by ministering to the teenagers of America.
