2lbs- of deer hamburger or cow
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1- 1 3/4 package of chili seasoning mix....what every brand you like
1- 15oz. can of ranch style beans..undrained
1/2-cup of chop onion or more if you like
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2-cup of water
Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet. Cook ground deer or cow and onions over medium heat until it is no longer pink and drain grease...Stir in chili seasoning mix, then add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with cornbread or tortilla....graded cheese,sour cream
